2 hand electronic stores

In Brussels, if you go the short distance coming from De Brouckere towards Rue Neuve across from the big black building that houses the commune on the Rue Fosse aux Loups there is a second hand electronic store - I can't recall what is called but they might be a place that could be relevant. I think the shop is part of some kind of chain or franchise, nothing dodgy about it
