my extended family is visiting me during easter vacations. Can someone recommend the rental car for 8 people(4 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 child and 1 toddler) and the rental company to rent a car for about a week ?

It might be cheaper to rent 2 cars if feasible. You just need to use google to find rental agencies, but 8 seaters are rarer than 5 seaters and usually very expensive, that's why the suggestion for 2 small cars. Train trips perhaps?
