Académie Royale des Beaux-Arts - secondary school education

I'm looking at the Académie Royale des Beaux-Arts for my daughter's secondary education from 3rd year and above. Does anyone have any experience of this school? In the Arts they offer 2 sections - 1 for a qualification and one for a transition, both leading to a CESS. She's currently in the regular Belgian general system (which is not working out so well for her) so can anyone tell me how the 3 differ please and what the consequences of following each are - I believe the qualification system stops you or makes it harder to get in to University but I'm not sure.
