Accountant for tax declaration

I am looking for an account who knows how to fill in the tax declaration for employees of organisations that are exempt from Belgian income tax e.g. EU civil servants. I believe such employees are entitled to recover the "précompte mobilier" on their financial investments or on donations to charities, and I would like to know how to fill in the tax declaration in order to recover that tax. Thank you.
Contact the tax office directly. They will help you. There is no need to pay an accountant.
They will give you an appointment and you can complete the form over the phone with them or you can request an in person appointment. It's too late for the current year I think. This needs to be done in June..
