can anyone tell me if I am not national of belgium and from Asia and on a work permit. Can I adopt a kids (new born kid) from Asia and if yes how to bring and make the child live till i am in Belgium?

Depending on where you live in Belgium, you should contact One (French speaking) or Kind & Gezin (Dutch speaking).
