advice and feedback for house fire and theft insurance deals in brussels

Insurance can be expensive and is very different from what you'd get say in UK, banks do tend to offer good cover, not sure of price range. We did have really good insurance and had to use it one time when we had a flood that wrecked washers etc, no fault of ours just really unusual rain that push mud into a gutter and blocked a drain. We got everything paid off including a large volume of alcohol which was now up drinkable due to floating sewage in basement. That was via fortis bank, they wre pretty good came fast and settled up ok.
