After-school nanny

Can someone tell me a ballpark figure - how much should I expect to pay to a live-out after-school nanny (with responsabilities of picking up 2 kids - ages 3 and 4 around 15.30 and staying with them until 17.30-18.00)? No car or driving required.

What are your experiences - is it relatively easy to find someone reliable for this?
