Allergies!

Does anyone know of an English speaking allergist in Brussles or near Brussels? I've been here 18 months and cannot breath. I take Zyrtec-D daily which helps with pollen and mold but there must be something else in the air that is making it difficult to breath during this time of year. Thanks for your suggestions.
