Amalgan Fillings
unless your fillings are coming out, then your best bet is to leave them. The health concerns over mercury fillings are so small that they are almost negligible. Normal air in most cities has more mercury in it than the amount of mercury that leaches out of a filling.
In fact, even in medical paranoid America, the American Dental Association says that it's unethical for a dentist to suggest removal of an amalgam filling. see section 5.A.1 in the 2012 code of ethics:

Hi, I had serious health problem (MS like neuro symptomps) and my doc suggested to take out the mercury fillings. I had 5. Simply travelled to Budapest for a holiday and checked in with a biological dentist. Cost me 150 eur per filling. and one week holiday. Ryanair ticket with transfer was 30 eur. Hotels are cheap.
Since than I heard lots of stories like this one, so I am glad I did it: http://www.mercurypoisoned.com/marie.html
