Anti burglary- Ackermans soupirails?!

Does anybody know where to get the ackerman soupirails? they are those with glass and iron brick cemented lids for the basement/ cave vents that are on sidewalks. They are called soupirail in french. We have 3 vents that give way to our cave and over the holidays had a break in... burglars went through one of those vents. I've seen ever since all over these ackermans ones but cant seem to find a contact for them. If anybody knows where to get them could you please let know asap? Thanks in advance!
