Anyone recommend a decent accountant?

I'm looking to open a retail outlet here in Belgium and I'm at the stage where I need to speak to an accountant. Specifically I need someone fluent in English/Dutch and who has experience regarding the VAT aspect of purchasing goods in the UK for resale in Belgium. It would be a bonus if this person/firm could also occasionally advise on Belgian retail law.
