Apartment refurbishment best & chaeapest place to buy goods

Dear All.

I am currently in the process of completely renovating my apartment before i move abroad, i would like to know what other xpaters suggest as shops at best price without compromising quality (excluding brico, brico planit and brico mat kelly) for the following goods:

parquet
paint
bathroom furniture i.e sink, cuboards, taps e.t.c.
