Apartments for sale "annuity"

Question

Some apartments on sale have a price and a monthly annuity. I don't think that is the same as viagé because no initial "bouquet" is mentioned. Can someone please explain what that means.

J

You pay rent + charges.
Charges are your share of the the actual running cost of the building and can include things like list maintenance, cleaning common areas, sometimes utility bills.

Thanks J, but I'm asking about apartments that state a selling price and annuity at the same time. I don't know if it is a mistake, but there is more than one.

Same thing. If you are the owner, you still have charges for the common areas.
