Question

I received a card in my letter box announcing the birth of a baby - wonderful. But, now that I checked the card again there are also some banking details listed. Am I supposed to pay something and if so, how much approx? I was thinking of maybe 20 EUR

Do you know who the baby is from ? if not forget it
Otherwize, a for group present for an office or neighbourg friend, it's best to find out first what the group wants to offer, then divid the price between you all and then go and buy it so if someone doesn't pay you'll get a cheaper present.
