Hi
Can anyone recommend baby friendly cafés - especially in the Ixelles/St Gilles area?
In particular places that have space for the pram and that have baby changing facilities.

Pain Quotidian in Sablon was good for that. There was quite a lot of space for mothers to group with prams. However, it has been a long time so please check again. The cafes on Rue Jourdain (or Jordan) opposite Inno in Louise was a place we went with mothers.
