Bar/pub manager and restaurant operator

Hi,
I am looking to take over a great venue for a pub and/or restaurant but am not myself interested in running it due to work and family commitments. (Strange perhaps but I have done this before abroad) Any ideas where I can look for and find a partner for this venture or ultimately someone who might want to manage it either fully independently, as his or her own business, or as an employee. Same goes for the kitchen. Are there trade magazines here in Brussels to advertise in and, preferably, targeted to expats? Otherwise, any takers?!
