Base gsm network down
Hi my mobile on base subscription wasn't working at 8.30 no mobile calls out, no mobile internet or ability to call it . I rung them at 9am to be told they had network issues and they were working iit and should be up latest 3pm but still not working just after 3.
So anyone else also having this? Is it all over or local to me?
If so can I ask a compensation for the days lost service. A bit of a laugh here no doubt but annoying that I can't go out and use my phone or get my emails with out wifi
It was a lot of the BASE network in and around Brussels.
It's been back up since about midday, but you may need to reboot your phone.
I doubt you'll get compensation unless you have a professional contract. My supplier gives extra free days when things like this happens, but I don't know about BASE.
