Question

over the last 2-3 days my digital signal to my TV from the Bbox has deterioated and is now gone finally. The TV plays DVDs ok so it is not on that side...The belgacom website help which comes on the screen is no use. The BBox is about 4yrs old I realise but after all resets and restarts, same problem. Anyone else had same report? I live near Sq Ambiorix. Thanks

Call Belgacom technical service 0800 55 800. They can test the line from their location and might even be able to diagnose the problem. If needed they send a technician: If the problem is related to internal wiring in the house, you pay for it, but if it is on their side they handle the cost. I believe (but not certain) that they will replace a bad bbox at their expense. BTW they have people who speak very good English.
