Is there a good Belgian website for issues of private finances (covering interest rates, mortgages, placements, stocks etc.)?

Your question is quite vague. The topics you mention are usually covered by separate websites. The closest you'll find to something that compares interest rates of mortgages, savings, and credit cards is probably this site: http://www.guide-epargne.be/epargner/ Stocks are a different matter. You can buy stocks online through binck bank or keytrade, assuming you are not American.
