Question
I came to Belgium on 10th of sept 2018 and I am still in Belgium till date. I got a salary from 10th Sept to 31st Oct 2018 from my organization according to 13.92 pay concept.
When can i expected balance salary from my organization for the period from 10th Sept 2018 to 31st Dec 2018?
Am i eligible to get the balance amount for this period OR it's a total loss to me??

Can you elaborate your question, did you join the company recently ?
If yes, then for the 1st year, you are not eligible for the holiday and bonus payouts.
You need to work for a year in the same company and post completion of a year you will get the payouts from the next year.
