Belgium stay after study completion

Hello, I am a non-EU student currently doing my second Master in Business field. After completion of my first Master here, i applied to a lot of jobs but i was not accepted to any. So i got an idea that it is hard to find a job specifically related to my field. Currently, i am planning to own small business activity like buying day/night shop or small restaurant. Is it possible to stay here and own this type of business by people like me? Thank-you
