best loans - buying property
Are there loan offices that one can go to instead of the bank that will give you better deals on buying a property? Or does one only get loans from a bank in Belgium? Some countries have these hypotheek (loan?) offices that help you find the best bank for a loan etc... Any advice on the best bank for a good loan?

You have mortgage brokers in Belgium, look up your closest immotheker at www.immotheker.be, when we got our mortgage they helped with the whole thing, as they had the current offers of all banks in their system (except KBC and ING).
As for the "best bank", well, banks are not your friend, they are businesses and getting a mortgage is a negotiation. If you are an attractive customer they will give you a better deal.
