Best mobile phone contract for someone who travels regularly

Hi all,

I am moving to Belgium shortly and was wondering which operator Xpats users would recommend for someone who i) travels regularly to France, UK and Germany and requires roaming services ii) makes frequent calls to the UK.

Should I go with one of the big three, or are alternatives available? I read a lot of poor reviews RE: Mobistar.
