Bi Folding external door

hi our architect told me you can not buy bifolding external doors in Belgium. She said they are not waterprrof! I can find them manufactured here and sold in the UK (where I am pretty sure they have rain too. Does any one know of any companies that do make and install these wood or manmade materials both are fine, perferrably double glazed.
