breaking renting contract

Hello, can someone point me to an official site (preferably in french but flemish ok too) which describes the standard rules of a 9 year rental contract? I'm interested in the specific conditions allowing the landlord to break the contract, in order to sell the house. Can he do it, how much of a notice is he legally required to give me, does the notice have to be in writing, etc.
