British Indian Buddies comedy show visits Brussels and Antwerp
British wit meets Indian charm in two nights of unique laughter at comedy shows in Antwerp on 17 March and Brussels on 18 March.
After completing successful solo runs at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2022, Thomas Henry and Ram Arrangi teamed up to form the comedy duo British Indian Buddies (BIB). Since embarking on a European tour, they have been selling out shows in Amsterdam, Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Paris.
Henry is a middle-aged London-based international stand-up comedian who has performed at some of the world's most famous comedy clubs, including the Comedy Cellar in New York. Arangi is an Amsterdam-based comedy prodigy who is the youngest Indian comedian to sell out a European comedy tour.
The pair explore universal themes from their different age perspectives, such as being young vs getting old, settling down vs starting out, where they are (really) from vs where they are going, and life as an immigrant vs life as a local.
Here’s some quotes from their top reviews: "Thomas Henry is one of my favorite new comics," Kim Donat (Standup New York); "Incredibly Polished and Immediately Likeable. It's a joy to witness Ram Arangi," Edinburgh Fringe website.
