Question

Hi there,

I just had a bat pay me a visit in my living room - a little scary for me and I'm sure far scarier for the bat. I realised I have no clue who I can contact in case I need to get help to have something like this removed from the house. In the UK, we'd call out the RSPCA. Any ideas if there's a similar society in Belgium?

If it happens again, take your courage in both hands and remove it yourself. If you call any authorities they will tell you that it is illegal to remove bats from your home, they are protected or something!
