Bump under arm - GP or specialist?

I have just discovered a small bump under my arm. I think it's an enlargement of a lymph node: http://www.livestrong.com/article/311757-a-bump-under-my-arm/
If it does not go away, should I go to see a GP or a specialist? Can anyone refer me to a doctor that is good with this sort of thing? I don't have any GP.

My girlfriend went there and she was very happy with how they dealt with her. And, better safe than sorry, do go and have the bump checked straight away.
