Buying property in Spain with mortgage
I am Spanish, working and living in Belgium. I wish to buy an apartment in Spain and I have asked for a mortgage. My bank in Spain confirms that there won't be any issues but refuses for the moment explaining the terms details. First, I have to choose the property. Anybody went through the same experience? Is it complicate getting a mortgage? Expensive? Any tips?

Since Spain is so popular with expats, renting a property here won’t be too difficult and you’re likely to be spoiled for choice – especially if you’re moving to one of the bigger cities.
