Question

Hi,
I AM looking into the possibility of creating a catering baking business.
Is it true that you need a chef diploma of some kind to have a license? If so what are the pastry diplomas in Brussels?
I am also looking for a processional kitchen to rent, anybody has any idea how to find one? Not a shop just a space with a processional kitchen, toilet, maybe another room...

Oh dear Lord - where to start?

Ask at your local job centre on starting a business. They should be able to put you off quite effectively.
