Yes, of course, that's the whole idea. You book over the internet and always see the reservation situation of each station for the date and time you wish to use the car. If no car is available at your preferred station, the system will suggest nearby stations.

It really is a great system, in our almost four years of using it once a week on average we've only had a problem twice (once the previous driver was late; once the previous driver had an accident; both times the Cambio client service promptly guided us to a nearby station where a car was available).
