Hi, I'm in the process of buying a used car and need to arrange insurance. Any recommendation for an insurance broker I can use - english speaking - Brussels or Tervuren area.

i don't have a specific recommendation, but pretty much any bank sells car insurance. i'm with Argenta and have had no problems.
