Car/ van with a Tow Bar?

I'm guessing that this is in connection with your earlier question about shifting a car to Holland.
If I was in that situation I would look for a local, small-scale, back street repair shop and ask for help or advice. Or even ask for help where you have your car serviced. I don't live anywhere near Bxl but I'm sure that I could find a solution where I do live without too much trouble.
