carpal tunnel syndrome

Question

I have recurring carpal tunnel syndrome, especially in my right hand. It is really bad this time, most likely with some nerve damage. I am going to the chiropractor, taking anti-inflammatory medicine, and starting acupuncture sessions (which have been successful in the past). An operation is the last resort, especially since the success rate is not that high, and I have a blood clotting disorder... I just wanted to know who has had this operation in Belgium, where, was it successful or not? Or any alternative treatments. Thanks for any feedback. I work with my hands, this is really important to me. And right now I can't do anything anymore.

I have two friends who were successfully operated by Dr Kinnen, Clinique Parc Leopold.
