We get it by satellite and on BBC iPlayer (but you need to convince the BC that you are in the UK for this to work - we use a DNS service.

You can also try a web site called www.filmon.tv or search for an app called filmon both of these give you free access to free uk tv programs.

This sounds a bit strange..we are in Bruxelles and we still have it via Proximus...it broadcasts on channel 221 but only until about 7.30, when it morphs into BBC4. I had it on about 2 hours ago!

The BBC have made some very recent changes to the former broadcast channels 3 and 4 in the UK with a single channel being broadcast and the other, in effect, becoming internet-only.

I seem to recollect (we use VOO where all the BBC channels are part of the base package) that Proximus offered BBC3 and BBC4 in different "bouquets". Have you checked whether you just need to buy a different one?

Freesat: best reliable solution and no subscription required in Belgium.
BBC, ITV, CH4, CH5, etc. via HD "Freesat" decoder kit, 150 channels for free.
Don't buy a standard generic box. I receive calls from persons who loose channels every month ( manual scanning required ).

Indeed you might have to call Proximus and pay more.

Freesat starts at approx. 100€ in Belgium.
