There are many pieces of software that can do this and even online sites, I also suggest borrowing or buying a cheap computer.

For professional conversions of images I highly recommend;
Duplividéo
Avenue des Désirs 20, 1140 Bruxelles
+32 2 347 38 99
They probably do audio conversions, if not they can suggest someone.
However, what you suggest is still illegal in many countries.

depending on how much you want to spend...you can buy a second hand laptop in the 2nd computer places on Avernue de Brouckere for as little as 100 euros. And there are numerous websites hat will rip to mps for free.... but you will need an internet connection at home.

Alternatively, I could do it for you at my pace, you dont even need to be there. Meet up, hand over the CDs, and storage (CDs ,USB or iPOD or what ever), I do it at home over night, and we meet up the next day and I return the CDs and hand over the ripped files.

I'm guessing, 1 or 2 eur per CD seems fair. Its not so much the effort it takes as most of time would be spent sitting around waiting for files to upload, process and download. Although, thinking

about it, its probably faster to not use online processing, but just to download a program that does the processing on the pc being used, in which case 1 euro per CD. This would also avoid getting my internet restricted as processing a CD would take 1.5gigs of data (700 up, 700 down).
