Charity 2nd Hand English Book Sale

Join us for the latest edition of Serve the City’s Second Hand English Book Sale! Buy book, donate books, or volunteer for this wonderful fundraiser!

Serve the City Belgium is a non-profit organisation that mobilises and supports volunteers to assist people facing vulnerability, isolation, and social exclusion across Belgium. Through a variety of community projects, we bring people together not only to help others but also to build meaningful connections and stronger communities.

At Serve the City’s Secondhand English Booksale you can adopt all kind of wonderful pre-loved books, but also find a new owner for your beloved books, so they can be enjoyed by other curious minds. How can you donate your books then, you say? Easy! You simply need to bring your books to our booksale on the day and leave them to our team at the counter. We will take care of them and find them a new place to stay! 

Book donations can be dropped off between 10:00 and 12:00 at Fritz Toussaintstraat 8, 1050 Elsene.

The drop-off area is accessible by car for unloading.

Please note there is NO dedicated parking, but several parking options are available in the area.

When you have selected the books you would like to buy we measure the stack. You then pay for the amount of centimetres (1 euros per centimetre!).
