Child seats in Taxi's

Hi

Going to Charleroi airport and I'm a bit stuck. Its a long story but basically I don't have a child seat and I'm bring a baby to the airport.
I thought that Taxi's now have to supply a child seat for a journey (but maybe I misunderstood). I thought this was the rule in Ireland which is our destination.
Can anyone clarify the situation in Belgium?
