Company for International web based business.

Question

If I have a business that does not have a connection to a particular country, is there some better place to have it than in Belgium?

What about the UK?

Assume I leave profit in the company, that I invoice to Belgium for my work, and that Belgium represents much less than 50% of the turnaround?

Luxembourg. Maybee.
(that's excellent advice for the price you paid for it.)

I believe the company can be registered in any EU country, though you would have pay tax here on any dividends or salary you draw. Taxes on profits vary across Europe, but what is as important is what you can put down as cost, and this also varies.
Difficult to give more advice based on what you have said. What do you mean by "invoice to Belgium"?
