Question

Hello,

I own a land and I was just thinking if I will be able to build a basic house withing a budget of 100,000 euros. Just three rooms, toilet, kitchen etc.

Could you also recommend me some people who would undertake construction projects?

In a word - no. You need to pay TVA/BTW/VAT on the materials for a start, so that's already 21 %. Building costs more than buying it's just that Belgians like to build. I would imagine that 200,000 is more realistic but good luck anyway.
