Consultant/specialist recommendation

We live in Hoeilaart and are looking for a recommendation of a specialist who can examine/test our 22 month old son as the doctor thinks he may have a lazy eye. She told us St Luc or Leuven hospitals but could not recommend an individual. We would appreciate if anyone can give a personal recommendation and contact details
