Question

Hi
My son has just taken his iPad into a store to get the screen fixed as it was cracked but still in good working order and the y have sent it back in a terrible state. Where do I stand legally with regards to getting them to fix it properly?

Apple won't repair screens only offer a tiny discount on a new one so if it was repaired they will have had to heat up the screen to get it off and thAt may account for the damage. How did it?

They shop assistants are so sharp and angry. Even if you send a letter, you get no replies. They are plain rude. I miss the American customer service (although I am not American!) The best I have seen so far!
