Container Park Bxl

I am going through some renovations in my apt and I have a couple of bulky objects (bathtub, radiator) and some debris to get rid of.

I normally go to the container park in my Commune but the next gathering is only in three weeks time. I saw that there is a container park in Rue du Rupel open every saturday, can I just show up there with my ID even if I reside in another commune?
