Contract - from brutto to netto

Hi all,
I may have the opportunity to work in Flanders but I am confused regarding the calculation of the monthly brutto salary I should expect.
If my contract is for 38k brutto (to be then divided by 13,92 with 2 extra per year); how much should I expect monthly brutto during all the months without extra ?
