Cot with side that can be opened
Hi,
I've been looking for a Cot where one of the sides can be opened, eg. instead of the cot just being surrounded by bars, one of them be opened like a door, or moved up and down so you can easily provide access for the child - However, despite looking in 3 shops, 2 of them specialized for baby items I have not been able to find one. Do anybody know of a place where such a cot is available? I am in Brussels but can drive if needed

Hi, you can buy one of these from the website Babywalz, they will deliver to Belgium. Mothercare also has one where the side can be slid up and down. There are Mothercare stores on Rue Neuve and Toison D'or
Hi, I just wanted to say I am really afraid of this type of cot. An aunt's baby died when crushed by a cot's door, that use to open by moving upwards. This was around 20 years ago maybe they are safer now.
We Bought one from Cosatto in John Lewis four years ago that you can open one long side on and slide under the cot. I think John Lewis now do deliver in Belgium, so perhaps worth a call...I think we paid around £200 or so.
