CT deadline next week - cannot get my car out of the garage!

I was hoping to get my car re-checked today at Schaerbeek. The deadline is 26/04. This morning I discovered that the garage door in my building is broken and the concierge does not know when it will be fixed. Great timing!! Should I inform the centre that I might not meet the deadline? I want at all costs to avoid a fine (or worse). Help!
