Cuff links with EU flag

Urgent question: for a birthday present I am looking for some good quality cuff links bearing the EU flag. I know they sell them in the newspaper shop at rue froissart, but I hope to find some of slightly better quality and appearance. Would any of you have a clue? Preferably around Schuman or near Louise/porte de namur.
