dance? cook? do?weekend activities in and around belgium

Hello,

I am looking for a suggestion of something to do on a weekend that is beyond going to a restaurant or walking around the city...maybe something like a dance class, salsa, cooking class...something for a couple to do together.

Most dance classes are over a period of time but would like to find one that is a full day or just one night. Other suggestions for activities?

Am looking for something in Belgium but am willing to do a small weekend trip.
