Dating sites

I was looking ar some profiles on various dating sites. A lot of the Belgian men say their education is doctoral level. Statistically, it seems not likely that there are so many PhDs so I am wondering whether in Belgium the phrase doctoral/postdoctoral means something else? I understand it as a Bac + 6 or 7, even for Belgium it should be atleast a Bac +5; but maybe there is some other lower qualification with a similar name? Or maybe the men here are just more educated than anywhere else?
