deal sites for Belgium or France

Dear xpats,

Are there any deal sites for Belgium or France, you know?

As an American living in Belgium, I miss websites like Slick Deals or Hot UK Deals. Maybe they have sister sites in Europe?

I have tried to "google it", but other than a few UK sites, all I get is content farms or coupon sites. Sadly, I am not looking for "groupon"-type sites or coupon sites. For that, I count about eight groupon clones for Brussels. I am looking for a site that lists massive discounts like when Amazon.fr sells something for more than 50% just by chance. Think Touchpad firesale, not a groupon for maki.

I am looking especially for sites in the Eurozone, be it in France, Belgium, Germany or otherwise.

While French language sites would be best, with google translator, any European language would work.

I know it is a long shot to ask, but I thought if anyone would know, it would be someone on here.
